Electronic cigarette review

with the rise of health consciousness among people,e-cigarettes came to market, its a Chinese invention, they came with a tag of "safer alternative to traditional cigarettes".they became quite controversial as the public health officials pressure the U.S food&drug administration to curb the sale of e-cigars to underage teens, now 6 countries taken steps to limit their use.

Teenagers reason for choosing e-cigarettes:

1)They does not contain any bad smell as cigarettes,so that they can smoke at their own rooms & in classrooms too, even parents and teachers cant identify them

2)There are no problems like bad breathe, nasty smell to clothes and hands
                                                                                                     vaping at traditional holy festival

3)There are large variety of flavors  (apple, vanilla, grape etc...)

4)Its less price- if you spend 500 rupees(6$),you can smoke(vape) for over 6-9 months.

5)They produce rich&thick clouds so they can make vaping tricks,Which cigarettes cant make.

6)Last but not least, the influence of foreign culture.

Indian (desi)girls enjoying e-cigar at pub

pros and cons:

1)E-cigars contains nicotine, but has no tar, tobacco and toxic chemicals which leads to heart and lung disorders

2)They comes with various nicotine strengths starting from 6mg to 16mg,so that they can gradually cut down the habit

3)Nice alternative to COPD patients and heavy smokers

4)They emit no secondhand smoke and ash,so no problem for non smokers

5)They feel healthier and no breathe related problems and headache compared to traditional smokers, less effect on teeth, lips and gums too
cons:
1)No long-term studies have been done on the  health risks of e-cigarettes. Since the devices are new to the market

2)Nicotine is addictive and e-cigarette users, particularly children , may be starting down  to a lifetime addiction to it.  , in reference to its ability to raise blood pressure and restrict blood flow. There is also some suggestion that nicotine that’s swallowed  might be converted into a carcinogen.

3)E-cigarettes are not subject to the same manufacturing, distribution and marketing regulations as tobacco cigarettes

4)Heavy smokers may not satisfy by vaping ,as they are addicted to 100 more poisonous chemicals in cigarettes like tar, carbonmonoxide, toluene, ammonia, cadmium, butane, methanol etc...
Do not forget to follow and express your views, being smoking lovers we must discuss its negative effects also.
                                  BYE, Happy weekend.

My smoking story

My smoking story

Today i want to share my experience of how i started smoking, at my childhood i was wondered by seeing smoke coming from peoples nose and mouth and i feel it crazy, but up-to the age of nine i dont know that my parents are smokers, they hide their habit of smoking before me as it effect my health,at the age of ten i saw my mom and dad smoking together while having their bed-coffee,gradually they started smoking before me,i was strongly attracted by cigarette and i want to try one,but i was afraid of being caught ,so i started smoking paper, but it was not pleasant and i wondered what is there in it to addict ?but i feel it crazy to see smoke coming from my nose and mouth so i continued to smoke paper in my room at nights.I practiced nose exhale and french exhale, gradually i addicted to paper and i came to know why people addict to smoke,at 13 i went to a panshop (the place where cigarettes are sold in india)to buy cigarettes, but the seller dont want to sell cigarette as i was minor and that too i was a girl:) (majority of girls dont smoke in India and the smoker girls smoke secretly in house)
One fine day the day has come ,my parents went to a business trip for a week,so i was the queen of my little house,i searched for cigarettes but i cant find them anywhere :(
At last i went to the ashtray ,Luckily it was not cleared by our housemaid  for a couple of days so there are many 3/4th smoked cigarettes,i collected all of them and took to my room and i lighted one of them,it was not  pleasant as i expected but i feel them smooth than paper,i secretly smoked my parents ashtray for a couple of months ,i feel my breathe smooth and lively while smoking ,within no time i addicted to them, and now a days women smoking has became common in India due to western culture and financial freedom, my parents are also not opposing me as i was grown up. why should boys have all the fun :)
